I already have solar screens. Why would I need an awning too?

Screens are great at cutting glare and heat through glass, but they don’t create usable outdoor space or protect you from rain. A Marygrove Awning does both. Think of it as covering what screens were never designed to.

Does a Marygrove block heat as well as my solar screens do?

Yes. By shading your patio and windows before the sun ever hits the glass, a Marygrove can reduce solar heat gain significantly, which takes pressure off your AC in addition to whatever your screens are already doing.

Will it hold up in wind and rain the way my screens do?
