Official Rules
The short version — no purchase necessary to enter or win.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period
The promotion begins on August 02, 2026 and ends on August 16, 2026. (“Promotion Period”). Points earned outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
How to Earn Points
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may earn points by:
- Signing up for an account on the giveaway page.
- Sharing the daily link provided on Marygrove’s official social media channels or via the giveaway page.
- Referring friends through a unique personal referral link. Each successful referral, defined as a new sign up completed through the participant’s referral link, earns additional points.
- Complete the daily BackYardle puzzle from August 10, 2026 through August 16, 2026
Limit of 100 points per person per day through social sharing. There is no limit on the number of points earned through referrals during the Promotion Period.
Daily Prizes
One $50 gift card will be awarded each day of the Promotion Period to the participant selected at random from that day’s eligible entries.
Grand Prize Winners
One 36-inch Blackstone grill will be awarded at the end of the Promotion Period to three different participants selected at random from all eligible entries accumulated during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible points earned during the Promotion Period.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random by Marygrove or its designated representative. Daily winners will be notified within 7 business days of selection via email. The grand prize winner will be notified within 7 business days following the end of the Promotion Period. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability or publicity release where permitted by law. Failure to respond to winner notification within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
General Conditions
Marygrove reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. Maygrove reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Marygroves’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Data Use
Personal information collected through the giveaway page will be used in accordance with Marygrove Awnings’ privacy policy, available here.
