Twice a year, our service team gives your awning a full check-up. We clean the frame, inspect the motor and arms, and make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s proactive maintenance that keeps your awning ready for whatever the season brings. 

Priority Service

As a Mint member, you get front-of-the-line service. Whether you’re prepping for guests or something needs attention, our in-house team gets to you faster. No delays. No chasing appointments. Just reliable support right when you need it. 

Valance Replacements

After years in the sun, your valance may start to fade or fray. With the Mint Program, you get 50% off a replacement. No full awning swap needed. A simple, cost-effective way to keep your setup looking clean and well cared for.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Mint Program

Yes. Your awning stays fully functional after the fall service. We’ll clean, inspect, and prep it for colder weather, but you can continue using it as needed, especially on those mild, sunny fall or winter days. If you choose to keep it retracted for the season, you’ll know it’s been professionally maintained and ready for spring. 

Yes. All warranty-related services scheduled between Mint visits are waived of labor charges while you are enrolled in the Mint Program.
Frequency of service must be twice a year to maintain enrollment in the program. Simply contact our Mint Service Team at mint@marygrove.com if you need to adjust any scheduled service dates.
We save a credit card on file and charge it every spring, with your permission, for $249.00 which covers both spring and fall services of that calendar year.
No. The awning must be serviced by a certified Marygrove employee to maintain your awning warranty and Mint Member status.
