Every motorized awning comes with a wireless remote so you can extend or retract the awning from your chair. You can also add a wall mounted switch or connect the motor to a smart home system for added convenience.

If you live in a community with a homeowner association, we can help you through the approval process. We provide spec sheets, fabric samples, and whatever documentation your board needs. We have worked with HOAs across Ohio and know how to make it easy.
Architect and Builder Support
Building a new home or doing a major renovation in the Springfield area? We work with architects and builders to include awnings in the plans from the start. We provide mounting specs, color coordination, and measurements early in the process so everything lines up.
